Leopard
Sighted on: 16.July.2024

It has been a while since our last leopard sighting, and this week, the jinks was finally broken with a fantastic sighting of a leopard on a tree. Initially, the alarm calls of a peafowl altered my perception of the possibility of a predator. However, after waiting for about ten minutes, we drew a blank. Later during the safari, when we were returning to the same spot to try our luck, another Naturalist told me that a leopard was sitting on a tree. We reached in time to watch a beautiful female leopard as she sprays marked and leapt from tree to tree.
